Villa Gnecchi Ruscone is not being positioned as a hotel, restaurant or generic event venue. It is the restoration of a State-protected Lombard house into a private automotive members club: garage, suites, hospitality, dining, meeting rooms, concierge and a cultural calendar built around Milan, Monza and Lake Como.

The first website must therefore be honest: the house is in formation. The promise is not immediate operation; the promise is entry at the origin.
